Benjamin Cohen - Marketing Manager, Reed Rigging, Inc
ETCP Certified Rigger Arena and Theatre
Benjamin has worked with Reed Rigging for nearly twelve years. In that
time Benjamin has worked in every aspect of arena and theatre rigging
including chain hoist repair, show production rigging, permanent
theatrical installations, and specialty rigging including video screens
(Toyota Park), priceless aircraft, (Project Honor) and automated
systems (The Oprah Winfrey Show). Benjamin graduated with honors
from the The Theatre School of DePaul University and was a faculty
member at the school for two years.
Jeff Clayton - President, Waco Stage, Inc.
Waco Stage Equipment has been serving the theater industry with
permanent installations, equipment, and services since 1981 and have
been USITT (United States Institute for Theater Technology) members
since 1996. They have been active members of MSBO (Michigan
School Business Officials) since 1991, helping our education system
provide safe, functional, environments for all users.
Jeffrey Clayton was raised in a family of theatrical riggers and has
worked professionally in the field for 24 years. Jeff's
experience spans a wide range of projects.
Jeffrey currently sits on professional panels through USITT to further
the progress of the theatrical rigging industry. He is committed
to safety and helping provide solutions and functionality for the
enjoyment of all backstage activity

Tom Siko - Midwest Territory Manager, Lex Products
Corp.
Tom attended Wright State University - BFA Theater Design/Technology.
In college, Tom was the Assistant Lighting Designer for the Dayton
Ballet and a Local 66 (IATSE) stagehand. After college he worked in the
entertainment industry, in a variety of positions including
master electrician, programmer, lighting director, lighting designer
and crew chief. Tom started and managed a very busy service &
repair department at Hughie's Audio Visual in Cleveland in 2002. In
2005 he joined the team at Lex Products, selling power distribution
systems to the most demanding markets. Tom is currently the
Midwest Territory Manager, responsible for sales in 15 US States and 2
Canadian provinces. He has affiliations with USITT, ESTA, and NDIA
(National Defense Industrial Association). Tom is the co-chair of the
Gen-ESTA committee whose mission is to encourage younger member
participation in ESTA .Tom enjoys golf, fishing and firearms sports.
Tom resides in Cleveland, with wife Karen and daughter Mackenzie.
